Yup its 100% digital! and its been hard, mostly because of what you mentioned.. I know what you mean there! Usually I just scrolled out to see the whole section in which I was drawing in and then I did a light grey draft sketch before going over with the pen tool. But I think the 'distance' threw me off too, and I'd have to zoom up and fix certain parts. Its hard to keep steady as well sometimes so most of my work here is sketchy. I think painting in digital is much easier since it doesn't require the detail until after.

That brings me to a question. Are you doing this 100% digitally? If so, what happens if your drawing doesn't completely fit on the screen? I tried drawing a character digitally, but I kept having to scroll down, making the proportions go way off. When I can't see the character's head, I'm kind of lost.

Wow oh wow oh wow oh wow!!! I think all of your OCs are just plain BEAUTIFUL!! They look amazing here!! Really!! Tom, Eddie, Lexy, Brody and Jake are amazing and I want them all!! I think Eddie is the cutest thing on the face of the planet! What are they all? Those are the doggies right? What type of dog are they all? I love it!! LOVE IT!!

Thankyou!! Yeah its so hard >3< and I'm in the mindset to just scribble everything :P I'm glad you like it! I actually ad them all in colour but I didn't like it from the beginning and just continued the colour so that I could change it monochrome... it gives a different effect then just using greys for shading. Ah yay, thats awesome! :D

To be honest, i've never mastered the technique of doing line art digitally :P But this looks really neat. I like how you used only a minimal amount of color/shading for every drawing. I think if I'd have to pick my favorites it would be:
