I feel the same way. Gore doesn't bother me in movies, it's all about the atmosphere. There are very very few movies that have actually scared me and they were only scary because they were just creepy and the atmosphere was uncomfortable, not because they were being killed by some guy. Silence of the Lambs is probably the only scary movie that's ever truly scared me. It just had a very uncomfortable feeling not mention Buffalo Bill's character was very realistic.
I highly doubt that I would find it scary,
but then again, I don't really find slasher/gore films scary.
I'm more of a psychological(?)/paranormal person, but even so, it takes a lot to scare me now a days, since I've watchd horror films since I was a little kid.
Haha! XD Yeah, and he isn't even from Texas! XD I remember when I lived in Texas I was afraid of the guy 'cause I thought he existed in Texas and I dunno..like the idea of that kind of person existing means there's a higher chance for more of them to exist (in my mind), but he's from Wisconsin, so it's all good.
I've never seen the movie though...I know more about the real guy than the movie guy...O.o;

I've seen bits and pieces of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but not like, the full movies. I dunno, maybe I'll watch it one day.
