My stand is [spark's iron:high voltage] jullien's stand is [sign of the winter] jullien's stand is wind and ice con tolling humanoid stand, my stand is a humanoid stand that can manipulate lightning, magnetism and for the sub ability [high voltage] can create capsules of extremely powerful electricity I can manipulate by using charges of electricity and magnetism plus it can work in conjunction with [sign of the winter] to create ice, lightning combos that are only limited by my imagination and ability of control.

Edson:even animals can gain stand's and when they do they gain human level intelligence but not nessisarly the ability to speak.....ok have you played persona? Persona basically took the idea of stands and modified them a bit with the personas.

Edson:patrick that's honestly that's kinda close. Ever read jojo's bizarre adventure? That was actually a real thing in an alternate reality. In that manag series is kinda of a more simplified explanation of stands. In short I suppose stands are a manifestation of a person's will and spirit that can be obtained by mental trauma, spiritual training, the bow and stand arrow, stand discs, the holy corpse parts, or devil's palm areas. Some stand's like cheap trick only kill the user while a stand like Anubis or notorious B.I.G were stand that outlived their master and run amok. Respectively Anubis is a stand in a sword that posseses whoever unsheathed it and the other is a eldritch amonination unable to be stoped and was forced to be chucked into the ocean. And let us not get into requiem stands.

Edson:stands are a supernatural power that generally speaking defend and empower the user with each stand being unique to each person that when revealed may or may not be a being hovering beside them, or a suit, or a gun, or a spark of light that attacks from the mirror world, so on. Generally speaking a stand protects the user like guardian although exceptions have been found. A person can generally have only stand at a time although exceptions have been found and other abilities can be considered a sub-stand to the main stand like killer queen:bites the dust, or killer queen:sheer Heart attack. To non-stand users stand's actions are likened to ESP. The powers can range from manipulation of time to being a gun that you can change the direction of the bullets.
