My friend actually came up with a good response to that(Damn her). To be specific and gentlmanly about it, I quote as "A ninja is classified as an adult. Thus, a ninja has all the rights of an adult. A genin is a ninja, thus an adult." To quote her word for word(except the 'f' word): "Old enough to kill, old enough to have sex."
