Being the freak I am, I twitch over tiny little things. While your drawings and overall paneling is brilliant, certain poses do not look very well in certain panels, which is a real shame because some of them are really good. I will use page 80 as an example. You're cross-cutting horizontal panels at the bottom are most commonly used for either extreme close-ups of say the eyes or of the scenery, but here you only use it for little shots of characters. You could have expanded this entire page into at least two pages. Here's an example of a more preferred means of doing this page: The three top panels should probably not be lopsided. The first two character positions are okay in general, but more of the background is necessary to get a feel for where they are in the first panel, and the dark atmosphere should be darkened more. The third panel should be slightly wider than the earlier two and possibly cut off most of the legs so we focus more on Kagome's irritated expression. As I mentioned before, the horizontal cuts are not something I am a particular fan of not for the fact that it is particularly bad, but it doesn't seem to suit the moment well. Perhaps a smaller panel of little-pixie-monkey (my beloved nickname because I'm weird like that)raising their hand with a finger raised and then having a slightly wider shot of them explaining part of it, maybe with a flashback of Kagome falling through the well. Then have Kagome state that she belongs with her family in an equal length (neutral) panel, then have the next panel slightly wider of little-pixie-monkey questioning this, maybe with more shadows and a dark smile. This makes for both the explanation to be more interesting, and a slightly darker, less airy atmosphere that the backgrounds give off in this panel. I do love your story, and I am not flaming it because I am genuinely interested in it, I just want it to reach its full potential, and I hope you take in some of my advice. The final pgs for Chapter 01 are coming slowly but surely. I need to draw about 2-3 more pgs and it's computer work time(which to me is less time consuming than the drawing part! ^^;) I hope to have them posted by this weekend. If u guys don't see anything this wkend than expect it by the next.

I have about 7 pgs drawn out already! *squeal* So excited!
One minor problem is that i've forgotten how to use Manga Studio. LOL It's been such a long time... ;P

Also, I might split it up for Sat & Sun, or maybe I'll do a 3-day wkend post(we'll see)

LOL sorry 4 the scare. I just wanted to mess around with a few brains. I know that the story was going in a serious direction, and I wanted to do something completely opposite and abnormal. I mean, Kagome wouldn't really jump into Inuyasha's arms like that. And all of a sudden having a tiara, and Inuyasha having the crown of a prince...awkward. I really did have thoughts to make it weirder though. Guess I'll have to come up with something else for next year...

I had actually scanned a few pgs a while back, but i'm going back and forth between PS and Manga Studio. I find that the work goes much quicker. It's just me posting that goes slower. At the moment I'm taking a break from my comic and i'm going to post a few more pics before I go to my comic. "Lo Natural" was the 1st one. I have to finish a request from VictoriaZepeda in Fanart-central(half way done). Draw 2 more pics I have planned for my new fan comic(which might come out in a LONG while)...and then I'm done with those! *Whew* But I'm so excited because I bought a set of pens for manga n the drawings come out so clean. I love it! ^_^ Enough blah blah.

Yup, finally back. How was ur New Years? Happy belated New Years by the way. I've already mentioned how crappy mine went, so i'll just stay silent this time. However, I'll try to work extra hard this year. I even started to color old drawings in colored pencil, which I haven't done in years to try to get my creative juices flowing. Ne, inufluffy, what's your opinion to get inspired to draw? cause where i am right now, nothings flowing.

I wanted to release a little mass of pgs and introducing the title to the first chapter. The chapter name is a bit predictable, but that was on purpose. I wanted something close to the first episode of Inuyasha & something the readers can feel close to.

Once again, thanks a bunch I'll disappear for a while again working to finish the pgs of the first chapter, which i just have the written ideas for. Hopefully when I do come back, it'll be to show a full first chapter.
