All i did to solve the dimensions problem was when i finished the picture in the manga studio software, i would export it as a Jpeg image so i could edit it with a normal paint program. If you dont have one, i would recommend paint.net. Its a completely free download and it's good for making small alterations.

hey listen, ive got the manga studio debut 4 as well, i bought it for my macbook, and i have a default starting look for something, but i cant get it posted. i think it has somethign to do with the dimensions. did u have a problem like that getting something posted here? if so, what was it and how did u fix it?
