my guess is if you want more filters there may be more at the website, i wouldnt know, i cant even get brushes for mine, i also didnt do so well in the class i took, (half my grade was baised on things i needed a script-fu for) but i was able to get around that enough,

the scrit-fu is what makes the more advanced filters work, if you can go through your filters and apply each of the filters and they get an effect then your script-fu is probably working,

its a part of your gimp file if your gimp doesnt have a working one you may want to update your gimp, or it may be that an administrator block didnt allow it to upload properly,(i was using the school computers when mine didnt work, now i have linux on my pc so my gimp works)

you can do alot with your art through gimp with a working script-fu, mine didnt work till i had my comp fixed,

^u^ im glad i could help, you can also use the text in gimp, its the one that looks like an A, you can select different font that way, and different color text.

i do all my art by hand, but if i use the filters cartoon and photocopy over eachother on my sketch it changes how it looks, and makes it more bold so students can see better,

winged= wingedshadowwolf, is my sister, i live with her, me and her use the gimp program for some of the coloring(if i dont like another way of coloring the piece better) ill have a part for coloring later, winged wants to make a coloring comic too, but hasnt got as much time,

no, winged has the tablet, but we sketch then gimp, i hate new technology, so i stay in my comfort zone, i draw over and over for these, though i could cheet and use the coppy paste ^u^, but i love making things by hand,

i urge you to feed your own style, there is much to be learned from your self, remember there are always rules to be put in place to stop exact copycats,
a copycat is never the same as the original it may be better worse or of less heart,
