i'm not mad, i just didn't realize you meant it as a joke! i get defensive about my sexual orientation when i feel someone has made judgments about me without trying to understand me. just today a woman insisted that i try gay sex because she "knows" i'd like it more than being "married to God"
asexuality is not a result of a bad breakup. its a sexual orientation just like homosexuality or heterosexuality. i have never been in a relationship and have turned many guys down because i simply do not feel sexual attraction to anyone. guys don't go gay simply because some mean girlfriend dumped them. please enlighten yourself, the internet can be a great tool for finding information.
Absolutely! Maybe its a "squish" and you have no interest in a sexual relationship or perhaps you're a heteroromantic type (who is an asexual but would like a companionship). I personally am an asexual aromantic which means I experience little to no sexual attraction to people and I am not looking for a relationship. There are also demisexuals who prefer personality type over sex.
Many people (including me) consider sexuality a fluid thing that can change.
Because Elliot and Ganondorf are fictitious characters, I wouldn't really count them in the picture. It's hard to explain it but Ganondorf is my squish, however, outside of fiction I have no interest.
Oh, you're an asexual? I don't know any asexuals in person. I'm not an asexual, but I empathize maybe a little because I'm not really interested in relationships at the moment.
I'd choose cake over romance any day. :9 Haha.
