i do envy her, i may be going as long as i stay in my german class, but i hate it, the teach thinks that the reason for kids to leave is that they don't get it, i would because the crazy-psycho-lady we call the teacher, she cant even take a joke. anyway, i have been making up comics that no one would get because you would at least need to know all my characters and my sis's computer is..... yeah
why thank you, that bit of info about the whole ".5%" really helped, if i may, go to you for more advice about my series, and dont expect any progress soon, my scanner just started working and my computer is not mine, my sisters, and its filled to the brim with pictures of her from germany and the :c drive is broken, but thank you for the info and feel free to make other suggestions,
I have a couple of suggestions for the title along with my reasoning. Let me know if any seem good.
1) Atomic Eden - Obviously an A-bomb was dropped which reduced the world population to a handful. I use the word Eden because there is an omnipotent being (The Artist) who controls the remainder of civilization. Eden was the only city in the world if we think of the Garden of Eden and it was controlled by God. If this is the only city in the world, it only adds to the meaning.
2) Project Waterfront - Real life events could actually serve as a second backstory. By my calculations, .5% of the world or .005 multiplied by the current population is roughly 30,000,000. On March 9th, 2010, a series of colleges from around the globe participated in the brainstorming of a new city that could handle the population boom. The meeting agenda was dubbed Post Waterfront City. It's mission was to handle the growth of the Chinese ocean port of Lianyungang along with the creation of city designs that were well equipped to fight over-population. Whether this meeting succeeded or not is unknown. However, to serve the purposes of the story, the project was relocated to the Western Hemisphere and became First-Land.
Here's a link to the Facebook details http://www.facebook.com/events/345982493779/
3) Stained Pure - The word "pure" stuck with me and I wanted to use it in the title. Then I realize it was recently attacked. Wars leave stains on the Earth that cannot be removed.
If you want other working titles, PM more specific details about the story. Hope you like these suggestions and waiting to hear from you soon!
