This core serves as a replacement heart for the test subjects. It appears as above for the first twenty-four hours. After twenty-four hours the swelling decreases and a large brown stain is left on the body.

This serves as the first injection of Blue Aqua, but all other injections must be injected through other means. Removal of the core results in instant death and as a result the skin around the core is especially tough to avoid damage.
