Jack's friend in the first panel is named Matthew Brodney III. Everyone calls him Brodney.

(Actually, I just can’t draw football helmets, and thought the characters would be more recognizable without them. SO JUST… IMAGINE THEM ON…)

Also, someone needs to teach me the rules of football because I know nothing about football. WHY DO I HAVE A FOOTBALL CHARACTER WHEN I CAN’T DRAW FOOTBALL OR UNDERSTAND FOOTBALL.
