Now, here's where I ran into trouble. I'm not a huge fan of Rossiu, and apparently, neither is the Internet, because I could hardly find a decent reference for him. I had to resort to looking at random fan art for his outfit.

I ran into the same problem of lacking references for most of the characters in Gurren Lagann. You'll see that later on.
