THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST. they are the enemies of the current monarchy! you see, before the monarchy was ruled by the church, alchemists were employed by the aristocracy to make gold for them and provide to the people of the court ever lasting youth. but when the church took over in the 1500's, all the alchemists were expelled from the kingdom. this was because alchemy is also a form of the dark arts, a mixture of science and magic. they survived 300 years using the fountain of youth that they forged. now they are vengeful for being banished by the aristocrats. (this is by no means supposed to be accurate, it's just for my story)

i really didn't mean to make my characters color coordinated, but i love zelig's outfit. i think its a keeper.
