this is a tricky one~ so after you blurred the top portion of the eye, you can now erase the the side of your blurred circle to blend it with the base color~

just for fun, draw a edgy lines (by using the pen tool it depends on you on how thick you want the lines would be) on the side of your blurred circle to have a "eye" look XD
