The answer to the question on page 4 is Czar Nicholas I of Imperial Russian. He is the great grandfather of Czar Nicholas II. The war Azriel has referenced in past pages was the Crimean war, of which Nicholas I was responsible for starting. The date March 2, 1855 is relevant to him because that is the date of his death.
Sadly, no one guessed the correct answer, but there were plenty of great guesses!
