I have never read the series of books but I think your stand alone chapter is extremely well written especially her fears that things could be happening behind her back. You thinking of submitting the longer versian you mentioned sometime? Would be nice to see how it develops! Really well done though ~ Thumbs up ~
You've heard of it? Wow! I didn't think anyone has. I believe it's an older novel...70's maybe...if I remember correctly. I adore Lynn's books; it's a shame she hasn't continued the Dragon series. :( Anyhoo, thanks for the compliment! It's crazy that I wrote this [3?] years ago...and I was surprised that it was well-edited, too. XD I surprised myself here! I submitted it, and it was accepted, as a fan word, so hugs and faves would be appreciated. ^^
Wow K chan I posted because I had a story too. Much shorter than yours and not as well edited. But it does have heart. But anyway so this was written as an alternate point of view in a scene in The Watchtower? I have heard of it and if I find it in a bookstore I will definitely pick it up. Wow it's very detailed (yes I've read it) I also love how you really did get in the characters head that you were writing in the point of. You really conveyed the worry of Sorren about Norres being with Ryke. Fantastic job.
