Ah, for cleaning scans, I usually reduce the 'Noise' in it. It brings up a box with different levels of removal. I usually end up playing with each level depending on the grain, and adjust them accordingly, while carefully paying attention to the smaller details as well. If I see there's still a bit of it left, I then use a custom level adjustment layer to darken it a bit to make it not so visible, then I sharpen it up, if need be.

This is an absolutely beautiful iWallie you made. The colors are very beautiful and I love the characters and the artwork for these games is beautiful. I can tell you worked hard on this. Great job my friend. *hugs* This is absolutely gorgeous.
