Your wishlist was really good for me, since you mostly mentioned the stuff I liked myself x3 so I chose to go with durarara since this scan was just cool. Enough said.
Sorry if this is too simple >-<' I actually had to sharpen the scan a lot by duplicating & applying various blends. Used a texture from DA and two brushes~
