This is my submission for Aka Yuki's S.V IWallie Event<3. I am secret valentine for Team Plasma N(well not so secret anymore :P) but anyway I wanted to put some careful thought into her wallpaper. I wanted to find the right image,use the right textures,etc.
It took me a bit to get this the way I wanted it. I used some actions to enhance the original picture and added only a few textures. I wanted this to be soft and simple and elegant. Hopefully I accomplished that.
