Oh wow, it's been a couple months since I last submitted something! D: I'm such a lurker nowadays, and this is the first non-work-related graphic I've made in forever lol. Well, I blame (and am dedicating this to) Oli-chan (sweetdevil) because it's her scan she shared that gave me the urge to make something. XD Also, this is for the FUN challenge! Something with bright colors, something fun, and I did have fun working on it, too! So it definitely counts for the challenge haha. :)

I didn't do a whole lot to the scan. I spent most of my time cleaning it up with brushwork, smudging, blurring, etc. Then added a gradient on top and the text. :)
