Teaches observational skills and how to make yourself well hidden so people or animals won't notice you. Good stuff to know if the village is raided or even if you're just out hunting. ^_^
Here's a question I have for both the mother and the companies involved: did you put/check to see if the rating fell under rated E? If the mom did, then the company is in for a big lawsuit from the American industry. If she didn't and it turns out that the rating is higher than that, then she should get over it. (Either way, it sounds like the editor for the game is going to get shot.)
lol So am I. Hopscotch started out as a training game for Roman soldiers. In fact, most old games started out as some sort of training for necessary life skills, like hunting or fighting.
Why not? Actually, games like that are great ways to teach kids basic skills. What concerns me is that the companies involved didn't consider this to be a big deal. At all. Barely a little deal.
A spokesman for Ubisoft said: 'We are sorry the game has caused concern, but it includes a "junior" option that stops it using unusual or offensive words.'
That also means that not only did Nintendo AND Ubisoft know about the programmed vocabulary beforehand, but nobody thought it might be a bad idea.
That is so horribly hysterical it hurts. Of course coarse shouldn't be included in the game's memory, but that's just too funny. Someone's gonna get fired, though. hehehehe

Did I say the editor was going to get shot? I meant burned at the stake.

It was the boy's mum who got nailed by the triple-word scoring f--kers, not the boy.
