Would this mean that the cost of Tokyopop manga would go up or will they slow down the production? I hope not.

Hm, could be because they only have a few manga titles that everyone goes crazy over. VIZ gets most of the good ones. I know the only Tokyopop mangas I buy are Fruits Basket, DNAngel, and any CLAMP mangas they get.
