That guy sounds like a real trooper. That's amazing that he was able to keep going even though he barfed inside the helmet, but it's even more amazing that he learned all of this from just sitting in front of his PC. At any rate, I remember when i was little I learned a lot of my vocabulary from the Metal Gear Solid games, so I guess knowledge from gaming does carry over in one way or another :)
Huh...I remember reading that the military was resorting to virtual simulations to boost their training programs, but I never actually considered extending that to other areas. Great thing to ponder. ^_^
So, if that was for some racing simulation game, what other games out there do you think would give you some skills? I mean, most of the time, you play the game because you want to be the thing or like the idea of it, but either don't have the opportunity in real life or it's not something that completely interests you. Still though, it would be really cool to say that you had that skill to people. X)

Holy hell, that's actually straight up amazing that he was only three seconds off a professional bar!
Also, I give massive props to the guy for sticking it out even when he wasn't in good physical condition for the bodily toll racing takes on a person.
Extra props for puking in his helmet and still going.
