always hated sailor moon. I talked a little about it in the sailor moon vs sebby vote....

So Seshomaru gets my vote for not being sailor moon, having a better personality, a better design, and a better history. And for that fluffy thing that drapes over his shoulder.

I was gonna vote for Sailor Moon since, ever since I was a child I really like her... but, BUT! I remember how she beat MY Sebby... ooh, my poor Sebby... so Sesshy-chan gets my vote. XD (still holding a grudge, lol)

My biggest gripe with the North American version is that Sailor Moon Sailor Stars was never licensed. It's an amazing conclusion to the series with some of the most heart breaking and memorable scenes I've seen in any anime.

I said a lot in the Sailor Moon vs Sebastion comments, so I won't repeat myself. However....

To those who hate Sailor Moon - check out the original Japanese version. DIC (and later Pioneer/Geneon) changed the dialogue and character's names, cut entire episodes, combined other episodes (including the first season's finale), edited the animation to exclude violence and other 'innapropriate' images, changed the gender of several characters to avoid "gender confusion," turned a lesbian couple into cousins, added the cheesy 'Sailor Moon Says' public service announcements, changed all the music AND never dubbed/released the final season!

My point being, if Inuyasha were treated the same way as Sailor Moon, SESSHOMARU WOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED INTO A GIRL!!!!!! lol

(I'm not saying it's impossible to dislike Sailor Moon, but the original anime was very different from the stuff aired on Toonami so give the original a fair shot.)
