Ah man, I guess this comment is kind of late now, but I wanted to give my thanks all the same.
Like Gome said, it has been a while since I've listened to the podcast, but I have some of the fondest memories associated with it. I remember waking up on Monday mornings and being so excited because it was podcast day. I would listen to them on the site and then download them to my iPod and listen to them all the time. I always looked forward to Mondays for that. I remember the first time you and Batou read my comment on the podcast too, and I think I might actually still have that one on my iPod. I know it's still bookmarked on my old computer; I remember how excited I was about it! Getting to listen to theO's podcast, Anime Pulse, and Manga Pulse were definitely things that I always looked forward to every week. Unfortunately life got real busy and it just wasn't something I was able to do every week. Even still, it doesn't change how much fun I had listening to the podcast every week, and I want to genuinely thank you for that. There were so many good times (good times) on here and it was such a blast. I'm sad to see it go, but I'll definitely tune into AP/MP whenever I can.
So thank you Ichigo (and Batou too!) for the podcast's wonderful ride. Good luck with everything, and I wish you the best! Definitely hope to see you around.

I remember stumbling upon Anime-Pulse way back on episode 50 sum'thin, on itunes because it was tagged with anime, it was free, and only took 5 hours to download the 80 megabyte episodes on dial-up. I loved the chemistry between the hosts, the interviews with voice actors, the panel reenactment, and crossover site news from TheOtaku. The mention of the Caption Battle was really intriguing but I couldn't find it on the AP forums and that's what lead me here.
Good times, Good times.
As long as we keep the anime love strong, we can keep things on this side pulsing, just like a heart and lung bypass machine.
Thanks again Ichigo, and best wishes to the ventures that lay ahead.

I hear that Ichigo has some really awesome stuff coming up in his life so congrats on that. I may have not listened to the show much but I definitely appreciate the dedication he showed to Podcast all this time. Keep stopping by from time to time, Ichigo. You'll always be welcome around here. :)
I actually found this website through those podcasts back in '08. They were really great. Thanks so much for all the hard work, and for directing me to this wonderful community! ; u ; It's sad to hear there won't be any more, but I wish the best to the whole podcasting crew! > U<
Hey, Ichigo, thanks for the good times, good times. XD
It was great to hear my comments read, and though I haven't had the opportunity to always listen, I try when I can. Though, yeah, I lack in the comments department a lot.
Well, I'll still be dropping by Anime-Pulse and listen... Hey, don't forget about us. You'll still be one of the few internet voices that I'll be able to recognize.
I've been watching Ichigo ever since I was still a child and of course before I entered our community. It has been such a long time since they started, sadly we have to say goodbye.
For the past years, I thank Ichigo for his hard work.
It's hard to see another friend saying goodbye to everyone for it really is dramatizing.
And because of Ichigo's hard work, I shall say:
It's been a while since you first appeared. Thank you for everything you've done and as I always say to many in reality, May the breeze of the wind give lightness to your wonderful spirit as always...
Be free wherever you are Ichigo and may you always remember us anytime and anywhere...
Thank you so much I mean very much... I hope you'll have a wonderful future within...
I myself haven't covered much attention for that, but for what I know it deserves all the praises.
Doing something for so long and giving its best, always with new ideas and interesting things, I am sure that it put something to look forward to for every otaku.
So thank you for that! May your life continues to shine and go even better and know that you will always have the deepest thanks from all the members of this.
Though I've been a member of theO for a few years now, I only recently started listening to the podcast. I have to say, it really gave me something to look forward to each week.
What I like best about the podcast was the teasing nature of your commentary. When we (the listeners) would say ridiculous things, you'd call us out on it. (Just like we'd call you out on the things you'd say.) It was a reminder that as fanatical as otaku can be, it's all still good fun. It made me feel more a part of theO than my fanart submissions did because it opened up a dialogue in a way that regular comments couldn't. (Not that I don't love all aspects of theO!)
As much as I like your Anime Pulse podcast, it won't be quite the same without the focus on theO community. Thank you for bringing a little more humor and insight to theOtaku.

Good luck with everything Ichigo! Thanks for all your hard work over the years. I remember when the Podcast first started. I had more time to listen to them back then. They were always fun to listen to, and still are I'm sure. I hate to see them come to an end. They were truly something special on this site.
Ichigo,
I have listened to all of the episodes over the past couple of years and have enjoyed every second of the witty banter you and your co-hosts have come up with. you have helped inspire my podcast and brought me joy. I feel like I have gotten to know you and am glad to be an otaku because of what you did. It is sad to see you move on, but I shall continue to follow you on the other show and follow your example. I have told people to listen to this show a lot and it has paid off. Thank you for all you have done. I am glad you exist. Arigatou Gozaimasu.

I have to say I'm quite sad to hear this; it's always hard to say goodbye especially when that someone has become a big part of your family; theO is going to miss you! But I wish you all the best for the future! God Bless! :) And thank you for everything you have done and given to this community Family ^^
I'm 95% positive I wouldn't even be on theOtaku.com's team right now if it wasn't for the podcast. I don't draw, I don't make wallpapers, e-cards or anything else. On the old site I wrote a few articles and uploaded a couple cosplays, and being that those weren't the draws they ought to have been those were eventually dropped.
So I blogged and commented, and that was about it. And I won't lie, got a bit excited when they featured Anomaly (formerly CoLoR mE EviL or however that dummy used to type that) and her Roxas cosplay. With a touch of embarrasment, I'll admit that I commented back and forth with her in that podcast post hoping that it'd get read. Didn't happen, though.
In any case, I guess I came onto the boys' radar during a post where I called them all dicks - as Ichigo read the post, Chigo was dying and Batou just wanted to quote Team America. So that was fun.
Then I started doing that stupid arbitrary points thing pointing out what I felt was the good and bad of the podcast. And sure enough, the boys seemed to like that. So I kept it up. And when Christmas came around I did the points in poem-form. And it just remained awesome for the rest of time.
And within that year, Adam asked me to come on board as sort of a site commentator to point out features and members and stuff. Didn't happen that way, but well, here I am now.
So yeah, I make no exaggeration to say that this podcast got me where I am at this site, and I'll always be thankful for that.
Ichigo, thank you so much for all the years. It's been a blast shooting the breeze with you, learning a bit more about this internet business type stuff, and all around just being a nice breath of fresh opinion around these parts. We can't all fit in the primary demographic, after all, so we'll take all the saucy alternatives we can get.
Seattle that one year was a blast and it was a pleasure to hang out with you guys for lunch, beers, and to confuse old Japanese people in the mall.
Give Batou my regards.

And here's a suggestion for everyone. Maybe we can take the time to leave a comment on the latest podcast, since it's gonna be the last podcast in which the comments would be read by the podcast team. You know, for old times sake.
