I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but I think I've been on TheO long enough to get to Otakuite++? I'm not sure exactly how long it takes though>.< Sorry if I'm wrong.
You get promoted base off of how long you've been here, how much you visit the site, and how often you comment. You can find more about it in the FAQ here ^.^
