how many animes do you see in a year?
Do you have a favorite manga that you would like to see in anime?
If you could be beamed into a anime...which one would it be?
I suggested a question on SweetTea's anime blog that was something like, "Have you ever seen a good filler?" You can use that, but some people have already answered it over at her blog.
I guess another question is whether you prefer filler or anime that diverge from the original manga storyline.
Ah, I'm just going to list a bunch o' questions.
What crossover battle would you like to see?
What anime music do you like (music playing during the show as well as openings/endings)?
If you've read a manga before watching an anime, were the voices of the characters anything like you expected?
Pick a western cartoon. How would you make the story more anime-like?
Why do you like anime in the first place?
When it comes to video games, do you have brand loyalty? If so, which brand?
Japanese culture carries into anime and manga, be it a joke or a symbol (such as the sweat drop). Have you ever seen something in an anime or manga and wondered, what does that mean?
In the past, when anime was dubbed, sometimes characters' names were changed to cater to people in countries other than Japan. If you were to give an anime character a "dub name" what would it be? Also, what "dub names" were some of your favorite characters given in your country? (I know not everyone comes from an English-speaking country, so I wanted to make this one as inclusive as possible.)
Have you ever made fan characters that fit into an anime, manga, or video game? Who are they? What are they like?
Do you ever think up a backstory or other head cannon for characters? Please share.
What characters do you think are under-appreciated? Which are over-appreciated?
When you listen to music, do you think of a song that pertains to a character or scene in a particular anime?
Besides anime and manga, what other things do you like about Japan and Japanese culture?
Have you ever gotten a friend into anime? How did you do it?
Have you ever cosplayed? If you have, who were you? If not, who would you want to be?
Have you ever been to a convention? What was it like? What did you get out of it? Do you have any advice for people who have never been to a con?
Do you prefer subs or dubs? Why? If you have no preference, why is that?
How did you find theO, anyway?
Edit (new question): Do you have an anime pet peeve? What is it?

Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
If you could pilot any piloted giant robot from anime and/or manga, what would it be?
What anime characters would you recruit to form a Justice League-like/Avengers-like team to save the Earth in a time of worldwide threat by villains (whether it villains from or outside Earth)?
If you could remake or re-imagine any anime (live-action or animated) to your own liking, what anime would it be?
What anime from the past decades would you consider still being fresh in both story and artistic quality within today's time?
What anime titles would you recommend to those who don't watch anime on a regual basis but do watch and enjoy science-fiction?

I suppose there is always the big debate about whether or not manga and anime count if they are created by a non-Japanese author.
A debate about who's team one should join in Code Geass (Lelouch or Suzaku or other) and who is good or who is bad would be absolutely fascinating, though I suppose that might be a mite too specific for the whole site.

Do the themes, stories, and lessons in anime have any affect in your personal life? Do you take things and improve your life, those of others, etc.?
