I'm very excited about The Garden of words, since Makoto Shinkai also directed Byōsoku Go Senchimētoru, 5 Centimeters per second, which I absolutly loved. Kill la kill seems interesting, so looking forward to both.
Hmmm, sounds interesting, I had extremely mixed feelings about Gurren Lagann although altogether I thought it was a good show and by that I mean the amount of passion and heart went into it was just... wow. It made no sense although it was still bloody awesome show, I shall leave it at that :3
I often saw the Psycho Pass characters as coffee art and I wondered who made it. Now I know to thank Kazuki Yamamoto. Thanks for quenching my curiosity!
Wow... I understood nothing of the spoken parts, but Garden of Words looks like a real work of (obviously digital) animation! I hope I can find it subbed once it is released ^^
And Miyazaki sure is starting to pick up the pace in terms of production! Let's see... From up on Poppy Hill (Goro Miyazaki), The Wind Rises (Hayao Miyazaki, in progress) and the Story of Princess Kaguya (Isao Takahata, in progress) are all recent news! Glad to see this development-I hope all the great creators at Ghibli live long lives and continue to make great and inspiring movies as long as that is feasible!

I was able to find the video to Tekken's Pendulum, as stated in the news. Definitely a must see.

@edisshort:
Totally; it's just so much easier to figure out when it's 1 yen = 1 US cent.
That, and buying from Japanese online stores is cheaper now.

I feel bad about Japan's economy, but on the upside- No more worrying about converting money when ordering overseas

I'm loving Studio Trigger, they also made the wildly popular mini-series, Inferno Cop.
Garden of Words looks really good. CGI character models are getting better, and it doesn't look stiff or uncanny.
The new Ghost in the Shell trailer looks great.
[this is rated 17+ for cyborg violence and hot new character designs.]

So much stuff to look forward to.
