I'm not sure how many times I've watched Little Witch Academia, but if they're gonna make another, then I'm all for it. Watching it is pure childlike fun.
I hope Studio Trigger reaches the goal. We need more!
And, ah, heck, I really need to pick it up and finish what I'm watching. I'm still not too sure what new anime I'm grabbing this time around. Okay, I'll probably grab The World God Only Knows: Goddesses Arc, but apart from that, I have no idea yet.
The first time I heard about this anime crossover between detective conan and Lupin III I was very doubtful...but it might be something really cool for the fans!
To be frank, we all want that good live-action anime adaptation in the West. It may help audiences see the attraction and spread the word that what we have is good stuff.
How topical with the news this week about the Lupin III/Detective Conan movie, but I've always thought live-action Lupin III could translate well as an action film. Even though the Japanese live-action version of Lupin III is considered to be awful in quality, that could be attributed to the times (1980's Japanese cinema). I stand firmly behind the probability of a live-action American Lupin III film going off quite well.
So, in other words Mr. Cameron, you'll probably never get around to Alita. Which is probably good because I've never seen it but America doesn't have a great track record with live-action anime movies.

Oh man... I really hope that One Piece restaurant is permanent. If so, that's another item on the "places I need to go and things I need to do while in Japan" list!

@Hisaishi:
I've never watched much Lupin III, but it would definitely be quite well received by non-anime viewers. And possibly Detective Conan too.

For some reason, Oldboy vaguely reminds me of The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.
