Its not really a catchphrase but in the anime Air, the little dog whose name is Potato (I think) always says pikopikopiko and its just super cute. :3

Some of these might sound a little off since practically every translation seems to vary.

"Justice always wins." -L, Death Note (I love the way he smiles when he says that.)

"Dynamic Entry!" -Maito Gai, Naruto (Not a big fan of the character, but it sounds so funny when the audio is in Japanese and then he says this phrase in English.)

"Art is an explosion!" -Deidara, Naruto Shippuden (It's so dorky that it's great. Although I think it would sound better if they'd translate it as "Art is a blast!")

"This land is made of LOVE AND PEACE!" -Vash the Stampede, Trigun (Need I explain this one?)

"Don't believe in yourself. Believe in me who believes in you!" -Kamina, Gurren Lagann (The first time I read this, I thought, "huh?" but with some thought, it kind of makes sense.)

"Brotherly combining: Gurren Lagann!" -Simon and Kamina, Gurren Lagann (This quote kind of shows that the anime doesn't take itself TOO seriously. I could go on with Gurren Lagann quotes, but that would make this already long comment even longer.)

"I'M NOT SHORT!" -Edward Elric, both continuities of Fullmetal Alchemist (There are a lot of variations with this one, but I'm giving you the short (LOL) and sweet version.)

"There's no such thing as no such thing." Greed, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (In the manga, it was translated as "Nothing is impossible", but this version sounds way cooler. Anyway, I think Greed is such a quotable character. You have no idea how much I want to do a top 10 list. I've also been known to comment on peoples "free art" World posts with the phrase "MY GREED KNOWS NO LIMITS!")

Notable quotes with multiple variations:

• Any transformation phrase in Sailor Moon.
• "[Pokemon], I choose you!"
• All of Maj. Armstrong's "passed down for generations" speeches in Fullmetal Alchemist.

Songs:

• Chiyo's "Lets Cook Together" song in Azumanga Daioh.
• Jigglypuff's song in Pokemon.

And finally, I think it's adorable every time Alphonse Elric calls Ed "Brother"/"Nii-san".

A really special phrase for me is the saying from Blood+ "Nankurunaisa." Do you best today and tomorrow will work out. It's a magic word in the series and my life.

Another catch phrase that has become special between myself and a friend is from Saiyuki, Sanzo's favorite way of addressing Goku. "Baka saru" It started out when I made a paper fan to hit her with to discourage a habit that didn't help her confidence or self-esteem and has grown as a way to give her strength after a heart to heart and when she's being too hard on herself at the end of it.

I really like using Kenshin's "Oro" and I am sure if I had more time I could think of more, but those two are without a doubt the favorites because of their meaning to me.

There's probably more, but one that stands out is "Hazukashii serifu kinshi!" usually translated as "No sappy lines allowed!" (it's more literally translated as "Embarrassing lines are forbidden!") Aika Granzchesta from the ARIA series says this regularly; if she's in an episode, chances are pretty good you'll hear it when someone--usually Akari--says something sentimental or cutesy. And usually, Akari replies with "Ehhhh?!" looking maybe a little disappointed (I think).
