I expect Bebop to look even better on BD format. After all these years, the animation still holds up well, especially those backgrounds.
It's curious that the Japanese navel forces would unveil their newest warship that day, when August 6 was also the same day as one of the worst days in modern warfare: the atomic bombing of Hiroshima.
There is tension in the pacific region, with China rapidly increasing its own military powers (which the US has noticed, deploying 2500 Marines to northern Australia as a response). Even the Philippines feels it, too, asking for an increased US military presence in that region : "Manila negotiates larger US presence amid sea row". Hopefully sensible solutions to those territorial (and natural resources) disputes are found.

1. The Mega Evolutions are interesting; I'd really like the Ampharos and Absol on my team! :D (I caught a Mareep for craps and giggles back in Soul Silver, and somehow she became the strongest member of my team, so I can't help but like Ampharos now :D)
2. Layton v. Ace Attorney... can't. Stinkin'. Wait. :D (And yes, the court case-like typo was on purpose)
3. More Miku love! :D Yay! Also, the fact that Miku English will also be a download is a plus :DD
