We don't get any trick or treaters here, blame Alaska, the cold, bears, and moose. Last Halloween we couldn't go anywhere because a moose was in our yard XD
But for the anime con in Sept. I was Chihiro and my brother was No Face. We got stopped ALL THE TIME for pictures...

Dressing up? I looooove it! This year I took it easy though handing out candy.
But I did watch a bunch of Halloween themed tv shows! And I had a Portal marathon!
And then our oven caught on fire…
But then everything was ok again!
One year I got some trick-or-treaters dressed as Naruto characters. They were shocked that I'd recognized them; kids, I'd known who you were before you did.

ah for the questions, No I didn't dress for Halloween but I spend it drawing a monster. lol
That would be nice getting Japanese treats though or some sort sweets. Q u Q
and I'll probably watch some anime tomorrow! even though it'll be Nov 1st.
It's now the final hours of Halloween, so I can safely answer these questions.
1. Yes! I've reprised my role as Greed from FMA for two Halloween parties. For a third party, I dressed up as a fox-- the costume came from ACen.
2. No, I never have. But I did host an anime club Halloween cosplay party this year and I brought Pocky. It was a good party and I think everybody there had fun.
3. In the cosplay party that I just mentioned, we watched a couple episodes of Magic Knight Rayearth (I think I misspelled that). At the party I just came back from, we watched Paprika. (And we watched Frozen because it actually snowed today.)
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!

Sadly I am not dressing up this year. But I have encountered Japanese treats while trick or treating. Not quite trick or treating more like at a party there were these little sushi candy treats made from fruit roll ups and rice krispies. They were so cute. >< And I have not watched any anime Halloween specials this year. :( I've been reposting anime halloween pics on facebook though. ^^

* Watching Are You Afraid of the Dark? and the new Adventure Time, so I got that going for me. I wish Hellsing Ultimate Abridged released episode 5, though.
EDIT: At a friend's house, though when I get home, I'm popping on Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.

I might watch some anime that would fit nicely in with Halloween, like Blood: The Last Vampire. And if this counts, I've been listening to the Witch Craft Works OST a lot lately. So anyone in my vicinity will likely hear loud anime music sometime this evening.

I don't do dress up for Halloween, nor trick-or-treating. I'm currently not in the mood to watch horror anime right now... But!, I'am watching Youtubers play horror video games, plus am wearing black with a massive spider web marking on my hand. Guess that counts a bit xD;
