When working on your art, how immersed do you get in the ongoing creative process? As others have noted, some like to have music playing (even specific songs with the desired mood), while also collecting and working with various references (e.g. screenshots of an anime, pictures of various surfaces to see how light reflects off of them, or figurines and models to get better perspectives on poses or angles).
I have a few questions I wouldn't mind asking.
(Don't know if this one has been asked already) 1: What or whom inspired you to join theOtaku?
2: What inspired you to draw or color the way you do?
3. How do you express yourself through your art? What I mean is what do you feel when you make your art?
4: How long have you been on theO?
These are all I can think of. I may aDd more later if I think of some. Hope these are ok. :)
Thanks for bringing that up Kairi! I was thinking the same thing when I was writing this. No, digital artists will not be forgotten :) I have some questions for them as well.
Thanks again!
I hope the wallpapers and cards maker won't be forgotten from the questions, so far the questions are directed to Fanarts artist.
I'll try to think of some questions :3
This is a suggestion but, instead of having all the interviews the same set of questions, how about asking some questions depending on who are you interviewing? What I mean that each artist may have some things we would like to know about him/her which differ from other artist. I've seen once different artists interviews, and the questions were different for each one.

I think I can add one:

Hope there are more questions submitted for card & wallpaper artists. The majority of these so far seem to be specifically tailored for fan-artists.

Do you prefer anime or manga? Why?
Do you plan to pursue an art-related career? What is it?
What are some things that you enjoy other than art and anime?
Edit: Thought of one more.
What music do you listen to while doing your art, if any?
