I'm very sorry to hear that one of our fellow otakus has fallen. I've never known him but he sounds like he was an amazing person. That's a very nice thing renaming the Senior Otaku rank in honor of Aaron. That's a lovely tribute to an amazing otaku. RIP Aaron! We will miss you!
Amazing what you did, Adam. Renaming one of the ranks after grand... That's very sweet of you. Props to you, sir.
My condolences go out to grand's loved ones and everyone who has met him. I may have never met the guy, but I have a feeling this site wouldn't be the same without him.
It may be a very tragic time as of now, but we must honor him by spreading the same positive and active presence around theO, as he would on chat. Rest in peace, grand. You will be surly missed.
This is quite shocking and also very sad. I believe when my good friends and I used to frequent the chat on some days in the past few years, we would encounter him on some of those occasions, however, we never really got a chance to speak with him much. He seemed to be quite popular among those who did and personally knew him though, and just an all-around good person in general.
Rest in Peace, Grand. My condolences go out to you and your loved ones. May peace and love be with you all. TheO will always remember you, and even if you weren't promoted to anything above Otakuite +, you will always be a Grand Otaku in our history, which equals that beyond Eternal. You will always have a place here at home with us. You will be dearly missed.
Rest in peace, grand baham. Like others, I did not have the pleasure of meeting you but I'm sure you will be dearly missed. Best wishes to his family and friends as well.
I wish I can help contribute to funeral fees but I'm on a tight budget :(

I'm really sorry to hear about Grand's passing. I've never met him before but his family has my condolences.
I also think that making a new title rank in a wonderful way to honor him.
Wow. That's crazy sad. I never had the chance to have a chat with him but it feels as though with the thoughts shared that he was a very caring and much loved member of TheO. Peace be with him and his family, friends, and those of you here who shared a special bond with him.

So sad to hear of his passing. I wish I could help with his funeral costs. But I think it's a great way to pay homage to him. I didn't know him really but I think he would've loved this.
I never met this member of theO, but it's sad news to hear that he passed. Since he was on the Chat most of the time, that kind of inspires me to be on there more.
One question, though: I'm not sure how Adam learned of Grand's passing, so how does one know when one's Internet friend has died?
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
