Haha, this is something I would almost have expected from the Japanese police. They've always got something going on that gives everyone a good laugh, like that time 50 of them were after a monkey that had gotten into town. Sad thing is, the monkey got away. Sigh, I love hearing about the Japanese police force sometimes.
