I've had people tell me that the Dragonball movie wasn't as bad as people said that it would be, but I STILL think that it will be quite hilarious to watch. Bravo to the French; if this movie is as bad as I expect it to, I may 'mourn' for the loss of my money. And my time.

Personally, I have to say that I have a habit of watching bad movies for the "cheese" factor, and Dragonball will be no different. If nothing else, I will be able to enjoy James Marsters (Spike from Buffy), because I'm such a fan of his. I haven't seen it, and can't wait to see it, but surely it can't be as bad as Bloodrayne, the only movie I've ever had to turn off due to physical pain.
makes me wanna see the movie mostly cause i know it'll suck don't help none that i hate most martial arts movies too many wires and bad special affects in too many of them
They held a FUNERAL?
I haven't seen the DBZ movie yet, but it must have been really bad to go that far o_e
I don't think I'll go waste my money on it in that case. My friend keeps trying to get me to go with her, but now I KNOW it's going to be a shitty movie ._.
The more I hear about how bad it was the more I want to go see it. In the movie I liked how I heard someone belch when it was supposed they are supposed to be in 'mourning'.
so I really want to see it now =/

I laughed. I cried. I faved the video just for laughs latter on. And I clicked away and continued my business.
I have yet to see the video, I probably will sooner or later, that or one of my friends will give me the run down on it to the point I can answer any question you throw at me about it. But this, I have to say, brought a nice laugh to my bad morning. Bravo my dear french allies, Bravo.
Melodramatic, much? It was pretty funny, though...
I haven't heard of any other DBZ fans taking it to this level before. Hopefully in the next few weeks, we can soon forget about this movie and get back to normal life (until the DVD release, at least).
Honestly, I found Justin Chatwin to be a good actor in the role of Goku in "Dragonball: Evolution". It's stupid that the French are calling this poor guy "Goku's murderer" when 1) Goku is only a fictional character and not a real person, and 2) "Dragonball: Evolution" created its own "Dragon Ball" continuity, separate from the "Dragon Ball" Manga and Anime continuities. Plus, the Goku in "Dragonball: Evolution" is not the same as the "Dragon ball" manga Goku.
These idiots need to grow up and learn to accept that it was Akira Toriyama's idea to give 20th century Fox the permission to do its "DB" film, and yes, the manga author himself loved the script as he mentioned a while ago!
I agree with most people, while the movie made me die a little inside, I don't think it killed Goku. And even if he did die, this is like what, the tenth time Goku has died? If the other nine times didn't keep him down, than this won't either. I still love Dragon Ball Z, no matter what happens with it.
Melodrama I say! The movie wasn't THAT terrible! -_- Especially if there are plenty of die-hard fans like that around.
I mean come on true Dragonball fans just take it as something Hollywood did and is it's own thing. Even just as a movie it's a regular martial arts movie and not so bad, not great either but not terrible.
Plus most say it was at least better than that Legend Of Chun Li movie which people say was WORSE THAN THE VAN DAMME movie!

Okay, this is huge overkill, but... I gotta say, seeing them leave roses and junk in front of the theater was damn hilarious.

The more of this crap I see, the less I'll be able to forgive myself if I somehow let the chance to see this movie in theaters slip.
Actually, I was kind of thinking of doing it tomorrow. I could use a good laugh.
