Well I see you've already got an avatat but I'll explain that anyway. mouse over profile at the top and click avatar on the drop down menu.
Worlds are kind of like your own little blog or whatever. You can post videos,pics, or just type about whatever you want.
Mouse over on worlds at the top and click create world and that will get you started. After you have a world made, you can mosue over worlds again and edit its design and introducion.
Hope that made sense. If not I can go into more detail if you need it.
