It's about this girl named Amu Hinamori and how she wants to be her true self around other people. After she makes her wish she finds eggs in her bed, which hatch into Shugo Chara or her would-be-selfs. She then joins a group at her school called the guardians who all have shugo charas. They fight an evil group called Easter, who steals the eggs of childern and turn them into X-eggs in order to find the embryo. The embryo is a special egg that can grant any one wish to one person.
And that's the basicly what it's about.

I'm still reading the manga, so I haven't 'met' all the characters yet. I do like Kyo though, and Shigure makes me laugh. I do have a soft spot for Akito though, that episode about him and Kana [was her name Kana? Been so long since I watched it!] made me cry...

Err... I don't really bite/cut/harm myself on purpose to taste blood... I admit, it does taste good... but I've only tasted it if I accidentally cut myself, bit my lip, or lost a tooth... I guess I like it the best when I used to loose teeth because there was so much of it...
