Ah... well I guess its kind of sensless. Its the combination of 2 of my favorite *dead* OC's name. Circe is a take on Cirque which means "Circus" , and I only just figured out that Circe is a fabric pattern...
Noir means 'darkness' in french.
So i guess if you put it in its intended french form (CirqueNoir).... its CircusDarkness... (if theres someone french out there, please correct me, cause google translate can be crap sometimes!!!)
