Um, no problem, I think? Just clear your head, it'll be okay. Just think that the user that posted your work there liked your work so much that he/she decided to post it there, maybe got excited a bit and forgot to credit. Nobody steals works that aren't good/great right? But I think you should continue with the petition. It'd help a bit, at least.
