Sort of, I guess it is... but not like alien-e... it's like a lab experiment went wrong and produced the species Ergo Proxy, they're humans that can't remember their past for some reason and have these "black outs" and then maybe they're apartment is destroyed and they can't remember why. Or they will wake up in some random place... it's pretty awesome =]]
