I'm Refi-chan ^-^ If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, I have a 'Big Sister' world that I have dedicated to helping peoples! :3 With the wallpaper, I'd save it to my comp and then right click on your desktop to find the options to change it, then browse to the location you saved the wallpaper and select it. You could see if that works ^^
