Yes: one of my YT friends told me about the Sparkling Phoenix Awards. At the time, I wasn't too sure about entering it since I only had a small window of opprotunity to enter (about two weeks or so). Then when I saw an episode or Lightspeed Rescue about one of the characters falling for a mermaid, I suddenly had the idea to make it about them; it was perfect considering the theme was Forbidden Love. A few weeks later, they PM'd me & said I'd won Judge's Choice :D Sadly though, the last contest they held was in July - for some reason, there's been no activity since then.. *shrugs*

I was in the middle of my first AMV when Movie Maker dissapeared - hence my lack of new vids >_<
