I would beg to differ, but begging isn't my style.
Spoons are SO MUCH MORE PAINFUL because they're dull and it takes like twenty times the amount of pressure for them to cut into things and even then, its rarely ever a neat, clean cut.
Though sharpened sporks are good if you're attempting to keep the person from screaming their lungs out... Especially if you get them in the tongue!
