It's set in New York City.The two main Characters are called Dee and Ryo(He is half Japanese and half American) and they are both Police officers.Dee fancies Ryo but Ryo dosen't know how to deal with it.In the volumes there realationhip develops and Ryo start's to fall For Dee's charms.They also deal with crimes as well.There are three other Characters.Bikky( a street punk kid),Carol( A pocket picker)and Berkley (Ryo's ex and also a police officer).That's all i'm going to tell u but believe me they are really good.
Yaeh it is Makoto Kino aite and i really like it.Hey just to let you know i've found these manga books called FAKE and there brilliant there are seven volumes.You can buy them on this website called anime-on-line.com
