Do you mean for wallpapers or fan arts or...? If you have a wallpaper you made that is 1920x1200 then you can submit is under widescreen (16:10) resolution. But you also need a standard version size because it will have the demensions of the thumbnail displayed to give things a uniform (even if you just have to shrink it and have it be distorted. You can always say you recommend the widescreen version in your comments for the pic)
If you meant for fan art, then its because there's a limit of 1500x2000, which is if the case, I'd shrink it 75% or 50% before submitting it. Hope that helps ^^
