Hello, I noticed your plea for help. XD
I'm not that great at drawing and such (even if I like to think I am sometimes), but the best thing to do is to just keep drawing. Practice will get you far. Art is not something you can learn too quickly.
Second bit of advice is to just observe everything around you. Heed detail. It can help.
Lastly, if you want to improve with someone's advice, show them your work. Maybe they can tell you what to look at to make it better.
