You are correct ^^ Since you have more experience than me that's why I showed you the wallie so that I can make my point clear.. So I have tweeny request ^^;

You know, Yuko-san never said that she didn't extract the image （＾ ＾）. I do think that she did extract the Durarara!! image. There's another way to combine two images but I don't suggest it to combine characters with a BG. The other way is changing the blending mode. When you change it and choose the suitable one, it will mix the two scans, but Yuko-san didn't use that way because you can clearly see the Durarara scan above the BG without getting mixed with the BG. You can see an example of what I'm saying in the PM I sent you （＾ ＾）..

If you want to combine a certain pictures please give them to me. However, while vectoring isn't necessarily, most of the times you'll have to extract the images (what you called rendering). The other way I have in mind doesn't give professional results. So please give examples and I'll try to even figure out another way to combine them （＾ ＾）.
