Adam, the bossman who created TheO also lives in TheO, and he hosts the contest here for the mascot for the big apple anime con (I think they might have just finished, I'm not sure lol) I've never been to the state myself, but I get lots of my anime needs from amazon.com XD and then things not out yet I read on onemanga.com and watch subbed on the FUNimation website ^^

Em, well it's not really a app, just something you can download. I mentioned it before, GIMP. It's a free program where you can make cards in.

But if you're looking for apps, sorry ^^' I don't have anything that allows me to have them so I have no clue.

Of course.

Well they mostly depend on what kind of soft wear you have. So what do you have? Like, the two that I use are just GIMP and Drawx3.

You would also have to have a program to resize your card other wise you will be unable to submit it. (they need to be 350x350 pixels)
