I read all your introductions (lol) and saw you needed help with your avatar - what kind of program do you use to resize pictures? If you use Photoshop and you want to resize a picture, make sure the box that says 'Constrain proportions' is not ticked, otherwise it'll probably never let you type 100 and get away with it:P

hmm if you don't have paint, why don't you use adobe photoshop? open the file and save it as jpg. maybe it'll work.. ^^
